Bespoke develops AI-powered chatbots that help companies and governments provide fast and accurate answers to their customers and constituents. Our chatbot “Bebot” currently services over 11M users a year, some of our well known customers include Narita airport, Tokyo Metro, Star Alliance, Toyama Prefecture and more.
We’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Chief Technology Officer to join our team. You will be our most senior leadership team member responsible for driving and evolving Bespoke’s product technology.
Bespoke’s chatbots have found success in several customer segments but there is opportunity to expand our reach through the release of new, innovative product features and technical partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Create and lead Bespoke’s technology vision. Using input from product and customers, create a vision that resonates with customers and guide your team to deliver on it.
- Develop your high performing team of engineers, QA, analytics, and infrastructure professionals.
- Clearly communicate Bespoke’s AI/ML advantages and future plans to customers and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working as a software engineer or manager at a high-growth SaaS software company.
- 5+ years software development management experience at a high-growth software company.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team to create and release new revenue-generating features or products.
