switch to desktop mode, connect to wifi, kde should either give you a pop-up or you can just agree to the T&C from a browser.
you can even setup the browser to launch directly from game mode, i never did this though so can't walk you through.
When I did that, KDE did not give me a popup, and also there's no browser installed. Had to install Firefox over a phone hotspot. Not a great experience.
