While looking for a decent AI, I found 'rondje rond de kerk'.

Basically, it's the paperclip maximizer of openttd AI: Every nasty trick in the book is allowed, e.g. selling busses with the people still inside.

I never dared playing against it, but was laughing aloud while reading its description.
