(It mentions that some of the files were legitimate, which implies by omission that some of the files were illegitimate, but that doesn't negate the fact that due process was severely abused, among other things, and that even if there had been no illegitimate files the exact same thing still could have and probably would have happened. And this is all without SOPA or PIPA...)
