Are employees looking for "agile" companies? Seems more like a red flag for micromanagement nowadays.



My personal experience is that, while you’re absolutely right for startups, large multinationals and companies that don’t see themselves as necessarily tech-first still use it as a selling point.

I don’t know if it is effective to do so or not, but I do see it highlighted on job ads/recruiting landing pages.


Better to be micromanaged by 1 person than 10.
