LDL’s relationship with heart disease is the prevailing hypothesis supported by the vast majority of the literature. You’d need to provide convincing evidence against that.

Though, LDL tends to be the smoke while ApoB is the fire, they tend to track close enough together to where you aren’t going to see high LDL numbers yet optimal ApoB levels.

That’s just wishful thinking which is why LDL skepticism is limited to a few online diet cults and nocarb quacks.
