How do people handle account management with all these damn SaaS, at small-but-big-enough-that-it's-kinda-a-problem companies? Just checklists and a lot of clicking through web UIs?

The answer at 500 or 5000 people is SSO but at thirty people? Yeah. Just hire an admin to help with that kind of stuff.
