If you're starting from scratch, I recommend GitLab for hosting your code. They have dozens of extra features you don't have to use, but you will want as you grow. GitHub has only very slowly been adding similar features over time, and while their interface is much nicer, GitLab just has everything baked in from day 1 and has had a much longer head start on getting integration right.
