cloud is good to get you up and running. scale as needed and figure out real-word requirements for your infrastructure. the mistake ALL startups make is to stay there and get comfortable. they rather WASTE money than migrate onto their own infrastructure. and it costs them BIG TIME in the long run. but you don't know this until you go through it yourself.
