It's just someone plugging "futuristic towers" into an AI image generator, which predictably produces images that look like common sci-fi depictions of "futuristic towers" from fantasy art and video games that the model was trained on.
just looks like futuristic solar punk. but tbf, I would like to see more of this incorporation of nature into architecture as part of the foundation and less of a purely aesthetic addition like almost every single western skyscraper.
