Hetzner is actually good there. They now charge you separately for ipv4 but give ipv6 for free. And when they changed it, they reduced server prices by the ipv4 price. So you could actually save money switching. It tends to be 5% or less, but seeing it a separate line item might make people think if they really need ipv4.
