Wave Function Collapse Algorithm in ClojureScript (andreyorst.gitlab.io)

using the word superposition seems pointless here. a standing wave is a linear superposition of opposing waves. a quantum superposition is measured by amplitudes over state space and the collapse is the entire state not a flood fill constraint checker.

in what sense is a cell in a superposition? where is the linearity? all the work is being done is really just turning a random sample (uniform at that) into a constraint satisfier

people have complained about the name before, but its really bad
