You'd be eligible for unemployment assistance in that case. I'm not sure you qualify if you didn't actually start and only had an offer.

It is not hard to tell my current manager that I would like to stay because coinbase rescinds the offer.

If your manager cannot handle this, then I have even worse news for you... You have a shitty manager that will screws you up one day.
