I remember telling people with a serious expression that I was the #2 on my huge army base after the Commanding General because as the Webmaster & Intranet Master, I controlled what everyone saw on their browser when their browser opened (intranet site), and our public web presence (web site), and over 100 tenant and subordinate organizations received our hierarchal navigation headers and footers via SSIs.
