On: Lessons learned from the recent job hunt

A comment on the CV. At quick glance it looked like you only worked at places for a year or two then changed. This is generally a red flag for me. But because I saw the salary history I knew there was a Lon time at Capital One. However this was harder to spot on the resume. It might be better to group your experience at a single employer together so your loyalty stands out.

I’m curious if employers ever saw your salary posts and responded.
