Usually those bugs have such a large surface area that you can google and find a bunch of other people with the exact same issue. The issue are the folks who blame it without having concrete proof of that being the actual cause. "The Runtime is the issue? Alright point me to the Github issue or Stackoverflow entry that shows exactly that".
