That should be a yield, not a stop sign! Preferably with a low 15-20MPH speed limit on a street that narrow.

I guarantee you it is a yield, most people will rolling stop that.

I’d just leave it unsigned entirely since it’s a three way, the incoming traffic has to slow down to make the turn anyway.
