Have you done upfront salary research before applying to these companies? I am so tired of lowball offers that I tell upfront my daily rate and it filters out 95% of inquiries from recruiters.

Yeah I did, it's a little tricky because the information available is usually stale. You can ask the recruiters directly on the initial call.
