You could try submitting this to the Microsoft PowerToys repo: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys


Before I looked at the details, I made of mental list of things I would want it to do, and they were all there. I might download it just to have a regex tester and url encoder/decoder easy at hand.

I'm trying to think what else would be useful. Maybe a screen capturer or clipper, with rudimentary annotation (red arrows)? Maybe a programmer's calculator?

Boop is another option for mac, although it's a bit more minimalistic, you can add your own scripts.
