I’ve been using some Microsoft services recently, found some bugs in their APIs,I don’t even bother reporting the issues anymore as it will never be solved.
Had several privacy-related "regressions" with exchange online and m365 to report.
It's gotta be easier swimming up a waterfall than getting through to these folks.
I remember taking 2-3 weeks to get to the right team - in the end, they fixed the first one at the top of the list and told me to submit a separate tickets for each of the bugs. No thanks. I did my part. It's on you, now.. "thank you for being a customer", yeah.. we are.. for now.
I really don't know what a phishing site looks like because there is a whole spectrum from exactly the same as the original to something that clearly looks like a knockoff.
