Searching for jobs with employees not mandating vaccines for their employees?

Some employers (in financial sector in East Coast) have sent out emails (marked as confidential) mandating vaccines, allowing for religious/medical exemptions, and failing which "your employment at <Xxx> will end by voluntary resignation" (newspeak!)

There is no criteria on how they would adjudicate the applications for accomodation.

my position is completely WFH!

Does any employer here hire without the need for employees to be vaccinated? Any special job boards?

TIA!

Good luck. It seems most tech companies are following a similar framework.

You can try to find tech work in sectors that are more likely to oppose vaccine mandates, like conservative political organizations (GOP/libertarian candidates/PACs/etc), publications (newpapers/magazines), or industries (guns/oil/etc). You can also check for remote work from companies that are in conservative states where mandates are not popular. In general, most remote companies shouldn't be requiring it, but some are.
