I used this as recently as 2018. It was available as a package in Chicken Scheme 4, but I don't think it was brought over to 5. Couldn't get it to build otherwise on MacOS or OpenBSD, but my hardware was underpowered.
It's neat I guess. The benchmarks I wrote were close to C, but I had trouble porting significantly complex Scheme to something Stalin could compile. I think it makes more sense to strongly type your own code than to wait ages for it to be inferred.
