Can someone explain me why they risk their (probably very well paid - compared to the rest of the world) job for such small stuff?

Nearly all the points sounds like usual stuff which is common at nearly every company. Aren't they aware that they risk never getting a job at another company again?

What are their thoughts? We make a letter of some small issues and the world will turn into socialism?
