This was a great high school summer internship project with Roboflow. I have been able to learn about DeepSORT and its shortcomings with data set specific feature extractors which, with the help of Roboflow, lead me to develop a groundbreaking advancement in object tracking. This repository is unique in its use of OpenAI's CLIP as the feature extractor which is not data set specific and has shown impressive results while being incredibly easy to apply to different models and data sets.
By the way, Maxwell is still in high school! It's been humbling to see the amount he's been able to do/learn in such a short period of time at such a young age.
