I don't think that is a fair characterization. Instead, dissatisfied proletarians are more of a political threat than Co. Placenta ones.

The most dissatisfied and dangerous proletarians are those who thought they were bourgeois and now realize they aren't.

It is the mismatch of expectations and reality that drive the dissatisfaction.
