I broke away from regular caffeine consumption six years ago (https://enki.org/2017/08/13/quitting-caffeine/). Since then, I have experimented with various ways to boost my energy in the morning. I have tried various supplements (L-carnitine, electrolytes, ketones) and stimulant-free preworkout drinks.
I am interested in what others are using that has an effect on energy or mental clarity. What works for you?
Look at racetams (your mileage may vary) and also adrafinil.
