Is "apple silicon optimized builds" somehow required for E2E encryption or how is this comment related to the submission itself? General comments about product X just because it's mentioned in the submission feels pretty boring.
While obviously not a requirement for encryption, my comment is designed to draw attention to what's becoming a pattern of Microsoft not focusing on much needed performance improvements and instead continuing to layer new features on top of a shaky core experience.
