Doesn't make it terrible, but I think Clonidine and Hydrocodone/acetaminophen should have been there too.

Acetaminophen is there under the equivalent name Paracetamol.

It's actually called Paracetamol in the rest of the world except USA. It's in the list.

I’m guessing that clonidine didn’t make it because it’s not pregnancy safe (yes there are probably tons of those on the list).

I think it's also because it treats things for which there are safer alternatives on the list (especially for reducing blood pressure).
