I've got some open-source projects as well that are hosted on GitHub, where I accept (and appreciate!) pull requests. But there are some projects I work on in my spare time, just for the fun of it. I don't need feedback on these. At least, not yet. For this, it's just nice to have something "locally", yet automatically backed up on my SMB share.
