I don't do much neuroscience anymore but classic Golgi and Cajal drawings still move me to tears. The mystery these scientists began unlocking 100 years ago is still the biggest in all of science. Golgi developed the staining method used by both, but it is Cajal who really make the study on brain anatomy shine. They shared Nobel prize, and Cajal is viewed as founding father of Neuroscience.
