Ugh, not again. It has false detections from time to time. I have to submit it to them to clear it.

What's the detection signature it purports to find? Something like "Win32/Wacapew.C!ml"




I think for me it was not so much a concrete report, but rather the usual "this file is not commonly downloaded, please don't run it". This is bound to happen with every single version you release, unless you sign them, in which case the reputation for "commonly downloaded" belongs to the signing key instead, so subsequent versions will not show a warning again.
