If you missed it, his three part series on YouTube called "The Secret History of Windows Task Manager" [0] was an absolute pleasure. Additionally, he's still finding his footing on YouTube and is very responsive to feedback and is active in the comments.

I'm really happy to see Dave getting some attention. The stuff he's worked on was and continues to be fascinating. He did a Reddit AMA with lots of interesting stories from his career a few weeks ago:

Is the story straight out of the horse's mouth. What you miss from reading transcripts of interviews/reddit comments is that this guy has got a great sense of humor. He obviously reads from cues on his Mac (oh the irony, winkwink) but the storytelling/delivery is not far from stand-up comedy.
