My country's constitution nor the EU have such claims anywhere. The UN can say whatever it wants, it's not an authority here.


What would count as basic human needs, according to your country’s constitution?



It is an authority just not for you.


That's what I said, it's not an authority here, neither for me or my government.


People are totally cut off from modern society without some kind of phone or computer. I’m not sure you can say they are not a basic human need.
