Ask HN: Any good “How I Wrote My eBook” posts?

I've been on the hunt for good posts on the entire ebook creation process, from beginning to end. I haven't seen too many around. Ideally we're talking about a detailed post that spells out the step by step process that the author used as well as the tools used.

Do you know of any that you'd recommend? Please share here!
