As an OSS maintainer (of small projects), I don't really care how someone words a bug report, as long as they aren't rude or demanding. In fact, I'm actually happy if someone takes their time to report a bug.
Your imaginary disclaimer would feel a bit weird indeed. But as other people have mentioned, a little “thank you for the project“ never hurts :-)
