If I've used Wolfram Alpha correctly, a 7nm span of silicon circles the earth 5.4874958×10^-16 times at the equator.


I may be reading this wrong, wouldn’t a 7nm span of anything span the Earth 5.4874958x10^-16 times then?

Or is this somehow different than a pound of feathers vs a pound of gold question?
