Quite comparable - Phoronix did some benchmarks in the past ( https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=search&q=Talos+II ) and while performance wasn't always the greatest - the community has quickly responded in making things better by either addressing shortfalls in the benchmarks themselves ( https://sthbrx.github.io/blog/2018/08/15/improving-performan... ) or by bringing optimisations to the platform which x86 already benefits from ( https://www.bountysource.com/teams/ibm/bounties (as just an example)).
