The first tip-off that there's something funny going on is that it's temporal conditional and it's trying to run the cause and effect in reverse time. If something tomorrow, then something today and yesterday. And it then uses normal flow to say if something yesterday then today and for all following days.

It's basically self reinforcing saying if it's true then it's always true. The other unconsidered state is if it's false then it's always false.
