On the other hand, imprisoning people for fleeing danger and seeking refuge without the rights we even give other people arrested before trial who are actually accused of a crime, stealing their babies and putting them in cages or giving them away to Christians, all that is totally fine under the 4th ammendment and the rest of the Constitution.
Thank God we live in a free country!
