Complaining to a congressperson is usually more effective than complaining to a monopoly/oligopoly like Comcast.



No it isn't, because Comcast has all the congresscritters bought and paid for, or at least enough of them to prevent anything it doesn't like from actually getting passed.

Depends on what you're complaining about. If you're complaining about your own individual experience and being wronged (versus something where the law needs to be changed), then often local representatives can surprisingly get things done.
