lol, it's no wonder he never finishes a program. But this isn't a problem limited to Haskell - one can start generalizing unnecessarily in any language.
To be fair though, the Haskell ecosystem as described in this article (and from my experience) is quite frustrating, and it makes me appreciate my current language Rust that much more.
