I must agree. They don't make it clear that it shouldn't be used for secure computing(cryptography) purposes. They compare chacha20 and mersene twister in the same table,isn't it obvious that chacha20 isn't ideal for non-crypto use?

Chacha20 is plenty good for most non-crypto uses.
