I concur with the "meta" answer implied by many folks here:

Try many things: Data shows different things work for different folks.

Also:

Don't give up: Data shows working consistently is a pre-requisite & often a benefit in and of itself.

Consider changing the "story" you tell about your life. Perspective is incredibly powerful.

Connect to other people - social relationships are really important to happiness, long term.
