I am always thinking.. instead of downloading installing plugin here and there.... can some experienced programmer or vim expert create one full package which is best for atleast one programming language for e.g., Ruby and Ruby on Rails. So that newbie can like it. Newbie actually means who spent months and years on vim but never able to make their primary editor :)
