Like probably everyone else, I have an idea on how to use the money: Distributed, persistent, group-possible, configurable chat. What's the difference between person-to-person chat, group chat, twitter, reddit, HN, a discourse forum, etc? Configuration, if you ask me. But distributed is the key though I understand identity, disk, and peer management are difficult.
