Maybe the cops should not execute people after a phone call? It's kind of weird that there are more blame for the negative action of someone who places a prank call Than for someone who murders another human being. Just because they wear different clothing??
By the way the reason they don't fix the issue of trigger happy cops and the reason they send an entire SWAT team for a prank call is simple. It is because it's good for business. (That is the business of selling weapons)
