A problem with that. Crime in Newark is going down too:

In fact, crime in the whole country is down dramatically from what it was in 1990. So unless the poor are being deported, something else must explain the drop in crime.


Sorry but thats not true Bronx is quiet poor and its just one subway ride away.


There is also the PATH to consider if you're going to mention 'one subway ride away'.
