These writers never got paid for their work, and your complaint is that they have too much power?

I'm talking about the UAW. Yes they have too much power. It's only a matter of time before they run Tesla out of this country.

As for the writers, I would love to see their contracts. An open letter doesn't mean much to me without any facts to back it up.
