I would also add that one needs to have very specifically lack of
understanding cryptography in general, given how people writing various
blockchain products mistake blockchain for different unrelated things (like
consensus protocol, distributed data store, or voting protocol) and are highly
surprised that centralized document timestamping can work well in place of
decentralized one that blockchain is.
