That's not the whole thing about LFS. The split by kind rather than application is also a "feature" (or a bug, depending on your opinion). I used to like the fact that documentation was in one place, binaries in another, configuration etc etc
Nowadays I prefer isolation though.
Consider applying for YC's Spring batch! Applications are open till Feb 11.
